Estoy aprendiendo a construir con inteligencia artificial a través de proyectos propios y colaboraciones en open source. Para organizar ese trabajo he ido creando Pergamum: un sistema de conocimiento, agentes y procesos inspirado, en parte, en Roma.
I’m learning to build with artificial intelligence through my own projects and open source collaborations. To organize that work I’ve been creating Pergamum: a system of knowledge, agents, and processes inspired, in part, by Rome.

Una forma de gobernar mi trabajo
A way to govern my work
Puedo ser desordenado y tener más ideas de las que sé cómo llevar a cabo. Pergamum nació de esa dificultad.
I can be disorganized, and I have more ideas than I know how to carry out. Pergamum was born from that difficulty.
Ahí documento lo que aprendo, conservo el contexto de mis proyectos y organizo el trabajo con mis agentes. Yo pongo la intención y tomo las decisiones; el sistema me ayuda a convertirlas en trabajo concreto y a revisar los resultados.
That’s where I document what I learn, keep the context of my projects, and organize the work with my agents. I set the intent and make the decisions; the system helps me turn them into concrete work and review the results.

Mi flota de agentes trabaja toda la noche en lo que dejé encargado. En paralelo, dos revisiones recorren Pergamum.
My fleet of agents works through the night on what I left assigned. In parallel, two reviews go through Pergamum.

Leo los reportes, recojo el trabajo que hicieron los agentes, doy feedback sobre lo que veo y armo el plan del día.
I read the reports, collect the work the agents did, give feedback on what I see, and set the plan for the day.

Avanzo en varios proyectos a la vez mientras mis agentes trabajan. Solo me traen lo que de verdad requiere mi atención.
I move several projects forward at once while my agents work. They only bring me what truly needs my attention.

Cada conversación deja su bitácora y su relevo para retomarla. Y antes de dormir, dejo a la flota trabajando toda la noche.
Each conversation leaves its log and a handoff to pick it up again. And before I sleep, I leave the fleet working through the night.
